Marius is the Financial and Sustainability Senior Manager in 10Ability, with subject-matter knowledge and experience in sustainability advisory engagements.
Marius has a solid academic background in Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in European Projects’ Management. Always interested in improving his knowledge and being passionate about sustainability, Marius also graduated several accredited training courses in the field of sustainability reporting, anti-discrimination, gender equality and the rights of persons with disabilities.
With extensive knowledge in sustainability issues, Marius supports 10Ability through the provision of sustainability assurance services, non-financial reporting and non-financial assurance services. He also developed numerous digital tools to be used by the clients in the process of materiality matrix development, sustainability data collection and compilation, as well as in the process of verification and audit of sustainability reports.
He is an experienced trainer, having delivered over 20 training sessions to the beneficiaries of European projects regarding project’s sustainability.
Before joining 10Ability, Marius worked over 15 years in central administration as lead auditor in projects related to environmental protection and transnational development strategies with focus on sustainability.
